Cancellations and Refunds

All fares are subject to their cancellation and refund conditions. A change or amendment to your travel after ticketing will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be made. Any refunds must be claimed within a month or be forfeited. No refunds will be given after departure.

Fare Type	2hrs Prior to Departure	Within 2hrs of Departure
Standard Fares	100% Credit less booking fee to be used within 24 hours. Train bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.	No Refund
Flexi Fares	100% Refund less booking fee to be claimed within 31 days. Train bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure.	No Refund
InterCity Pass	Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 2 hours before departure. Passes are non-refundable.	No Credit
InterCity Tours	Tour bookings can be changed up to 2 hours before departure but additional charges may apply. Tours are non-refundable.	No Refund
