Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions before booking your tour.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% Goods and Services Tax. Day Tours and Sightseeing prices are on a per person basis. Package prices are based on twin share accommodation. Triple share package prices are available on application from Great Sights. Prices are valid 01 October 2008 to 30 September 2009.

Child Prices

Child prices for day tours apply to children aged 5 -14 years inclusive. Children less than 5 years are free of charge if not occupying a seat. Lunch prices for children are half of the adult price. Child prices for overnight tours including accommodation and transport apply to children 2 -11 years inclusive. Child prices are available on application. Children less than 2 years are free of charge on overnight tours if not occupying a seat and sharing existing bedding.

Conditions

Great Sights reserves the right to alter prices, times, itineraries or arrange alternative transportation and services.

• The cancellation of confirmed bookings prior to departure may attract an administration charge of $25.00 per booking as well as the payment of any applicable amendment, or cancellation charge that may be applied against confirmed tour or supplier services provided for by Great Sights or any contracted service supplier.
• No refund will be made against customer failure to report prior to departure. There are no refunds available on unutilised vouchers, tour or package components.
• Claims for refunds due to circumstances beyond the control of tour operators, service supplier or customer should be submitted in writing, but no later than 30 days after the date of tour departure.
• It is recommended that customers adequately insure themselves against cancellation charges and the possible loss of money or personal belongings.
